Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Address Modifications
Shipping address changes are accepted on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM (PDT).
To request a change, email service@gentlelog.com with your Order Number as soon as possible.
Requests submitted after this cutoff may not be guaranteed.
Billing & Shipping Addresses
You may ship your order to an address different from your billing address.
