Ordering & Payment
đź›’ How to place an order
Shopping with us is quick and straightforward:
- Select the items you’d like and add them to your cart
- Proceed to checkout via Website Checkout or PayPal
- Enter your contact and shipping details
- Apply a discount code (if available)
- Choose a shipping method and complete payment
After checkout, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and full order details.

You can access and edit your shopping cart anytime by clicking the Cart icon at the top of the website.
From the cart page, you may:
- Review all selected items
- Adjust item quantities
- Remove products you no longer wish to purchase
All updates are saved automatically.
Order Changes & Cancellations
✏️ Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — changes or cancellations are accepted on the same day your order is placed, before 11:00 PM (PDT).
To request a change, email us at service@gentlelog.com with:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of your request
Requests submitted after the cutoff time may not be eligible for changes.
Missing or Incorrect Items
📦 Something not right with your order?
If an item is missing or you received the wrong product, please contact us at service@gentlelog.com and include:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo of the item received
(Image file size must be under 1MB)
We’ll send out the correct item at no extra charge.
There’s no need to return the incorrect product — you’re welcome to keep it.
